• Definitions of the Parties.
  Digim, hereinafter referred to as "tool", "Software" or simply "Digim", is a web application designed and developed by the company Simone Guzzetti.
  The company, Simone Guzzetti, hereinafter referred to as "society".
  Users or customers, hereinafter referred to as "user" or "customer".


• Privacy
  All information entered into the tool by the user are the exclusive property of the user and can under no circumstances be made available to third parties.
  The company is committed to maintaining the information available that the user inserts into the database and ensures the implementation of best technologies for the preservation and protection of data, either in software or in hardware.
  The company also pledges to maintain open and accessible to the user information stored on this system: the client has the right to request at any time to obtain a copy of the information, even if it is unable to connect (eg in case of non-renewal).


• Data Loss
  The user is responsible for managing his data and for all modifications and deletions made by him.
  The Company does not guarantee the preservation of data in case the loss is associated with the use of the tool by the user, such as the cancellation or change.
  The database is regularly backed up through security copies to ensure recovery in case of failure of hardware or software and to minimize the possible loss of the most recent changes. The company, however, does not guarantee full recovery of all information, but it is committed to the maximum to minimize data loss.
